Detecção não destrutiva de múltiplas qualidades de lulas secas por imagem hiperespectral combinada com 1D-KAN-CNN

Abstrair: Dado que a lula seca é um produto marinho altamente considerado nos países orientais, a indústria global de alimentos exige uma avaliação de qualidade rápida e não invasiva desse produto. O estudo atual, portanto, usa imagens hiperespectrais de infravermelho visível próximo (VIS-NIR) e metodologias de aprendizado profundo (DL). Adquirimos e pré-processamos imagens de refletância hiperespectral VIS-NIR (4001000 nm) de 93 amostras de lulas secas. Comprimentos de onda importantes foram selecionados usando amostragem reponderada adaptativa competitiva, análise de componentes principais e o algoritmo de projeções sucessivas. Com base em uma rede de Kolmogorov-Arnold (KAN), introduzimos uma rede neural convolucional unidimensional KAN (1D-KAN-CNN) para medições não destrutivas de gordura, proteína e nitrogênio básico volátil total….
