O ChatGPT da OpenAI, movido por IA, está fora do ar no mundo todo, com usuários recebendo erros ao tentar acessar chats, sem motivos fornecidos até o momento.

Se você for afetado, verá erros de “parece que algo deu errado”, com o ChatGPT acrescentando que “Houve um erro gerando uma resposta” para suas consultas.

Em nossos testes, o BleepingComputer observou que o GPT continua carregando, e a resposta nunca vem.

Além disso, alguns usuários relataram que conversas desaparecem e novas mensagens continuam carregando.

Segundo o DownDetector, mais de 30.000 usuários estão atualmente enfrentando problemas.

Em um post publicado às 14h40 ET, a OpenAI confirmou que está ciente dos problemas com o ChatGPT e está trabalhando em uma correção.

A OpenAI afirma que identificou erros elevados ao acessar o ChatGPT nesta manhã, enquanto os relatos sobre o DownDetector continuam a se acumular.

“Identificamos que os usuários estão apresentando erros elevados para os serviços afetados”, observou a empresa.
